ABOUT VISUAL CALLER ID
Customers can now access Flow’s latest Voice feature – Caller ID on TV. This feature will allow customers to view incoming caller information while watching their favourite television program for only $3.00 per month.
 
 
 

HOW IT WORKS
The system allows customers to modify the duration of the display, review on their television screens the last calls received, or even enable or disable the feature, all through their remote control.

(Note: because we interconnect across another platform we lose the ability to send caller name information. The caller name is only sent when Flow to Flow calls are made).

KEY SELLING POINTS AND FEATURES
• With Caller ID on TV you don’t have to waste valuable minutes answering a call that may not be for you.

• With Caller ID on TV you can selectively screen calls and not answer those that generate “unknown numbers”

• With Caller ID on TV you can easily view a log of your missed calls and identify which ones you want to return.
