Bill Payment Options

FLOW BILL PAYMENT OPTIONS

       

Flow provides you with many convenient and flexible bill payment methods:

     
  (a) At any of the following commercial banks nationwide: (customers will be required to provide their CURRENT STATEMENT/INVOICE).
  1. First Citizens Bank Limited
  2. Republic Bank Limited
  3. RBTT
  4. Scotiabank

Note- Payment via Banks or mail: accounts will be credited within 10 working days of  completing the respective transaction

       
  (b) By mail - Cheques, Postal Order or Money Orders ONLY (attach the remittance advice portion from your STATEMENT/INVOICE).
       
  (c) By Direct Debit to customer’s Scotiabank and RBTT bank accounts.
       
  (d) TT Post outlets nationwide -  (a current STATEMENT/INVOICE is NOT required. However, if the STATEMENT/INVOICE is not presented, the customer will be required to provide their Columbus account number. This number is printed at top right hand side of your Columbus invoice next to the phrase STATEMENT/INVOICE).
       
  (e) Western Union (Bill Express) locations nationwide - Customers will be required to provide their CURRENT STATEMENT/INVOICE.
       
  (f) Cash, Cheques, VISA, MASTERCARD and LINX payments can be made at the following Columbus Customer Care Centres:
  1. Level 1, Nicholas Towers, Independence Sq., P.O.S
  2. 12 Eastern Main Road, Tacarigua
  3. 115 Endeavour Connector Road, Chaguanas
  4. 7 Monchagrin Street, San Fernando
  (g) If paying by cheque, you MUST write your name and Columbus subscriber account number at the back of the cheque. Your Columbus subscriber account number is clearly printed on the top right hand side of your invoice next to the words “STATEMENT/INVOICE”. NOTE: Columbus reserves the right to refuse cheque payment from customers with a history of cheques being dishonoured by their respective bankers.
     
  (h) For your protection - DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Automatic Credit Card Deductions

You can have your credit card debited automatically on a monthly basis. Simply call our Customer Care Centre at 645-3569, option 0 for more details or visit any Flow Customer Care Centre nationwide.

Cheque Drop-off boxes located at Flow Customer Care Centres

Attach the cheque to your cable bill and deposit it into the drop off box located on the lobby of Flow’s Customer Care Centres nationwide. Please write your name and Flow cable account number at the back of the cheque.

Note:

  • * If making payments without a Flow bill, you will be required to provide your account number, which is printed at the top right corner of your Flow Invoice.
  • Payments made through VIA, Billpay and Bill Express will be credited to your account within 3 working days of making the payment.
  • Payments made in commercial banks or received by mail will be credited within 10 working days.
  • Please make cheques payable to: Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited.
  • If paying by cheque, you MUST write your name and Flow subscriber account number (which is printed at the top right corner of your Flow invoice next to the words “STATEMENT/INVOICE”.) at the back of the cheque.  NOTE: Columbus reserves the right to refuse cheque payment from customers with a history of cheques being dishonored by their respective bankers
