TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• The promotion begins on January 1st, 2012 and will end on January 31st, 2012.
• This promotion is open to new Video, Broadband and/or Voice subscribers.
• This promotion applies ONLY to customers living in the Belmont area.
• N.B.:  Subject to service availability. The customer MUST reside in a digital ready area at the time of sign up in order to qualify for this promotion.
• General offer: All services: Free Installation

All services: A chance to win three (3) months FREE service (consecutive)

• Free installation:
  • New Digital video customers will receive free installation on all outlets installed.

• Prize:
  • Each day, one (1) lucky winner will get three (3) consecutive months FREE service of ONE (1) of the following:
    • Video: Basic digital cable package
      • This prize does not include any fee other than the basic cable fee, i.e. no additional outlets, Theme Packs, HD, VOD, PVR rentals etc.
    • Broadband: Turbo 5, Turbo 25, Turbo 50 or Turbo 100
    • Voice:Basic Talk or Unlimited Talk
      • This prize does not include calls outside of the respective package entitlements. E.g. Mobile calls, international calls outside of package countries and in the case of Basic Talk, calls over the 500 minutes will not be covered.
        
        
• Selection of winners:
• Customers MUST sign up for at least one (1) of the services listed above in order to qualify for this promotion:
• For each day of the promotion, one (1) winner will be randomly selected and will receive their first three (3) consecutive months of service FREE.
• N.B. Customers’ accounts MUST be in good standing order to be eligible to win the free service.
• Customers will get one entry for each service they sign up for during the promotional period and winners will be selected on the basis of each service.
• Winners who signed up for more than one service during the promotional period will receive only ONE of their services free by random selection.
• Winners will be notified by a Flow representative within one (1) week after the installation/activation of their service.  
• No customer may win more than once.
• Customers signing up for the Starter Pack, Turbo 20-Hour and Talk As You Go are not eligible for this offer.
• Customers who are being swapped from Analog to Digital are ONLY eligible for this offer, if a new service (Broadband and/or Voice) is being added.
• Converting customers with video service only, are not eligible for this offer if requesting additional outlets.
• N.B. The three (3) consecutive months free service is non-transferable and CANNOT be substituted for any other Flow service, discount, cash or other promotional items.
• Winners choosing to disconnect their service within the three (3) month free period will therefore forfeit their right to the prize.
• Winners will be unable to choose when their three (3) consecutive months free service can be applied.

HOW TO ENTER

• Customers can sign up for any Flow service at any Flow Payment Centre or by calling in to our Call centre at 223-2569(FLOW) and speaking to a Call Centre representative.
• Once a customer has signed up within the promotional period, he/she will be eligible for the promotional offer.

ACTIVATION AND INSTALLATION

• Installation and activation of any customer will be scheduled at a time that is convenient with Flow’s scheduling.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• You must be a legal resident of Trinidad & Tobago
• You must be 18 years of age or older

Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win the Prizes:-

• Any employee of Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited or its parent or subsidiary companies
• Individuals engaged in the development, production, advertising or distribution of materials for the promotion
• Persons who are or related to or purport to be immediate family members (defined as a biological parent, step-mother, step-father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories (regardless of where they live) or any persons who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories.

CONDITIONS:

1. Participants acknowledge that compliance with these Terms and Conditions including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to the Prize being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, participants who have not complied with these Terms and Conditions are subject to disqualification and are obliged to return the Prize to Columbus Communications should he/she be selected as the winner (or alternatively he/she will be liable to repay Columbus Communication an amount equivalent to the value of the Prize.
2. Selected winners may be required to provide Columbus Communications Trinidad Ltd with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder and will be required to sign a Statutory Declaration of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release within two (2) days of notification that they have won the Prize
3. Columbus Communication Trinidad Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion at any time, if any errors, omissions or other causes beyond the control of corrupt administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion
4. Columbus Communications Trinidad Ltd and the Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion (whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature), the incorrect or inaccurate record of information on forms, the failure to record or misplacing any information and/or forms in connection with the promotion and/or any errors or omissions with respect to the printing, collection, storage and transport of forms for the promotion
5. Any attempt by a participant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be in violation of criminal and/or civil laws in Trinidad and Tobago
6. Should such an attempt be made, Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution
7. Participants engaging in or reasonably suspected of engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and shall automatically forfeit the Prize won
8. In no event will Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited be obliged to award or be liable for more than the items defined as the Prize. The winner shall be solely responsible for any taxes, insurance or any other expenses associated with the Prize other than those expressly stated as included in the Prize
9. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media the details of the promotion set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail
10. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein
11. Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions in any manner whatsoever
12. All participants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited and consent to the use and disclosure by Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation
13. Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited reserves the right to amend or unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion subject to notifying subscribers of same by way of advertisements in the national media and/or our website and /or by sending voice messages to subscribers.
