Flow digital customers will soon enjoy a wider variety of content as Flow adds over 20 channels to its line up, including a channel that will allow them to view their bills on their television sets.
Over the next few weeks, video customers can expect to see these additions to their digital basic, optional and High Definition (HD) packages. When launched, customers will have the opportunity to view the optional channels for FREE until December 31, 2009.
Mrs. Rhea Yaw Ching, Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications explained, “These adjustments and enhancements are part of a series of ongoing initiatives with the main intention of increasing our customer’s entertainment experience. Flow is constantly seeking ways to improve our service offering and to add value to our customers.” She added, “We are very excited about our new Bill View channel that gives customers the ability to verify their balances in the convenience of their own homes at no additional cost.”
The new channels promises to provide customers with even more programming options and will include channels such as:
- One Caribbean Weather‐ a weather channel customized specifically for the Caribbean region
- Tru TV‐ real life television programs such as COPS, Forensic Files, Most Shocking, and Most Daring
- BBC America‐ popular programming such as Dr. Who, Robin hood and Monty Python
- Tooncast ‐ 24‐hours of classic animation and cartoons
- Big10 – Sports! Sports! And more Sports!
- Veria Network ‐ features lifestyle shows, roadmaps to exploring exotic lands, and news and information about alternative medicine
- Wild TV ‐ the very best in hunting, fishing and environmental programming
- World Fishing Network – The only 24/7 Fishing channel Flow will also increase its existing HD line up to provide over twenty top HD channels, including HDNET and Rush.
Customers can also access ‘Bill View Channel 905’, which will provide a breakdown of their Flow bill. This is available free of charge to all digital customers.
