A recent news report highlighted an alleged incident whereby a young lady was assaulted by a man posing to be an employee of “The cable company”.
Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited is very disturbed by this unfortunate incident and initial reports indicate that the perpetrator is not an employee of Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited.
The public is assured that Columbus has a very strict Code of Conduct and Service Process which all employees are mandated to follow, especially employees dispatched to a customer’s home.
However, the matter is currently being investigated further by the Company along with the necessary authorities.
