Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited has embarked on an aggressive upgrade to its analog cable system and as a result, over the next few months, customers will experience occasional disruptions to their cable service.
Marketing and Communications Manager, Shelly Ann Hee Chung, explains that this is in an effort to provide customers with a better, more consistent cable experience. “We are aggressively investing in our facilities and equipment in order to provide a better all round product for our customers. We apologise for the inconvenience and we are making every effort to ensure that disruptions are kept to a minimum.”
In addition to the analog upgrade, Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited is continuing its expansion of a new state of the art fibre network, a facility that will allow customers to enjoy a whole new digital cable experience as well as high speed internet and telephone services.
