As of Monday October 16, 2006, Flow’s Richmond Street Payment Centre will be relocated to the ground floor of Nicholas Towers, Port of Spain, where customers can also experience Flow’s new video services in its digital demonstration and retail area.
This move is a major achievement for both the Company and its customers. According to John Reid, Flow’s Chief Operating Officer, “we are working very hard towards transforming Flow into a Company that is recognised for excellence in the provision of entertainment and communications services. This move from Richmond Street to Nicholas Towers is a significant milestone for us but more importantly for our customers, as it signifies a tangible leap into the future of advanced services and customer centric service delivery”.
Mr. Reid also indicated that the Company has doubled the staff at its Nicholas Towers facility to better respond to its customers’ needs.
Flow’s Nicholas Towers Customer Care Centre is located at Shop #13, Ground Floor, Nicholas Towers, Corner Abercromby Street & Independence Square, Port of Spain.
