In an effort to accommodate its growing customer base, Flow recently increased the capacity at its Call Centre facility with the introduction of its new Call Centre contact number, 645-FLOW (3569).
Mr. John Reid, Flow’s President & Chief Operating Officer, commented, “over the past few months, our customers have been experiencing difficulty getting through to our Call Centre. 645-FLOW will offer additional lines to increase call capacity, and we have also hired a number of additional Customer Care Representatives all in an effort to improve the quality of service to our customers.”
Customers can continue to contact Flow’s offices using 625-2288, however, this line will no longer be operational from December 31, 2006.
