Scorecard Systems Inc., the global leader in reporting and analysis solutions for cable, broadband and telecommunications companies, today announced that it had been selected by Columbus Communications Trinidad Ltd., which operates under the “Flow” brand, to provide the triple play provider with a more robust, accurate and rich subscriber and service analysis capability across the organization. Scorecard’s solutions, which drive deeper, more accurate analysis of customer activity, reduce commission and acquisition costs, and put powerful analytical ability directly in the hands of end-users, will provide such capability to all of Flow Trinidad’s regions and corporate departments.
Columbus Communications Trinidad Limited is the largest, most technologically advanced entertainment provider in Trinidad, with a growing customer base presently in excess of 125,000 subscribers, serviced by a team of more than 500 employees.
Flow, the second member of the Columbus Communications group to sign with Scorecard Systems, will be implementing Scorecard’s Subscriber Analysis Application, Commissions System, and Revenue/Usage and Trouble Ticket Analysis reporting modules. The resultant analysis capabilities will provide Flow a complete picture of customer interaction.
