Several Flow employees were recognised for their dedication and excellent performance in 2008 at the Company’s Annual Awards & Dinner held at the Centre of Excellence on Saturday 5th December, 2008.
Mr. Kenneth Douglas, member of Flow’s Technical team, was the recipient of the ‘Chairman’s Award 2008’. He has also been awarded the ‘Employee of the Year award’ for the past three years.
Also recognised were Mr. Emerson Douglas and Ms. Tricia Lee Quay, who received the ‘Service Delivery Award’ in the Technical and Administrative categories respectively.
Flow’s ‘Star Team Award’ was presented to the ‘Grenada Conversion Team’,
a cross-functional team that was responsible for the successful launch of Flow Grenada earlier this year.
Mr. John Reid, Flow President and Chief Operating Officer, explained that the past year has been challenging but thanked staff for their dedication and commitment to raising the bar on service delivery as part of a company-wide drive to ensure customer satisfaction.
He continued, “We have grown from 200 to over 500 team members in less than three years. While we are excited about our rapid growth, it is an on-going and demanding exercise as we continue our transition to a service delivery culture.”
