From February 1st, 2009 Flow will provide viewers with the option of removing the Spanish subtitles from Premium Movie Channels Cinecanal™ East and Cinecanal™ West. “We continue to enhance our services by listening to the feedback from our customers,” stated President and Chief Operating Officer, John Reid “as a result, we collaborated with Cinecanal to ensure a better entertainment experience for our customers.” Subtitles will now be broadcasted electronically allowing users to utilise this option. The Cinecanal movie channels were introduced to Flow’s digital line up in September 2008 and is part of the Flow Flicks Optional Movie Package.
