The problem which resulted in the L-01 error on various Flow analog cable boxes over the weekend has been resolved and affected customers can also look out for a rebate from Flow for loss of service for four days, more than the duration of the disruption. Flow customers are advised that service to affected boxes is expected to resume automatically, however, customers must reconnect their boxes to their cable line and television sets. Customers are also encouraged to check their boxes at home before going to the payment centre to replace their boxes. Flow’s Marketing & Communications Manager, Mrs. Shelly Ann Hee Chung, explained, “Customers must reconnect their boxes for the service restoration to happen. The box will then go through a rebooting process which will take approximately an hour before the box automatically shuts off. Service will be restored when the box is turned on again. If service does not resume after the analog box is turned back on, customers can have the box replaced at any Flow Payment Centre nationwide.” Mrs. Hee Chung added, “We take this opportunity to thank our customers for their patience and continued support.”
