BILL VIEW
This feature is available to all digital customers, giving them the ability to verify their balances in the convenience of their own homes at no additional cost.

Customers can access Bill View, FREE on Channel 905, by entering their Personal Identification Number (PIN) and following the instructions provided. The channel provides a breakdown of a customer’s bill, with phone charges updated every 24 hours and Pay-Per-View purchases updated within several days of purchase.

FLOW MOSAIC
Flow digital customers can now enjoy the convenience of viewing multiple channels at the same time with the launch of three ‘Flow Mosaic’ channels.

A Video Mosaic Channel is a collection of channels displayed on one single screen, providing customers with the opportunity to view and navigate several live feeds simultaneously.

The Sports Zone is available on digital channel 600 and is ideal for sports lovers who enjoy switching from channel to channel to view various sporting events and get the latest scores. The main screen displays ESPN, ESPN INTERNATIONAL, FOX, SPEED and NFL.

The News Room is available on digital channel 601 and provides access to international current affairs including news, weather and financial information. The main screen displays CNN Headline News, CNN International, FOX NEWS, Bloomberg and BBC World.

The Local Corner is available on digital channel 602 and keeps you up to date with what’s happening at home. The main screen displays various local channels including CCNTV6, CNC3, CNMG, GAYELLE, WIN TV and IETV

PASSTIME PUZZLERS & GAMES
Flow continues to look for innovative ways to enhance our service offering and launched FREE PassTime Games and Puzzlers in an effort to enrich our customers’ entertainment experience. Customers now have the option of playing while watching their favourite programs.

PassTime Puzzlers features three exciting games:

• Reversi: Capture opposing pieces in this classic strategy game
• Sudoku: Test your number logic with this hugely popular puzzler
• Paintball: Splatter rows of coloured balls

With PassTime Puzzlers, you can test your brain power while keeping connected to your favourite programs.

Flow's video service offers a wide array of programming choices, some of which may or may not be suitable for viewing by our young ones.

Flow puts the control back in parents’ hands by providing a number of options in order to control the flow of programming into their home. The parental control feature gives parents full autonomy over what their children look at and at what times they look at these programs.

Depending on your set-top box and television set, there are different alternatives available that allow you block out specific programs or entire channels.

1. Getting Started
   Press menu until the “Settings menu” displays.  Use up or down to highlight the “Parental Control” preference.
2. PIN Entry
   On first entry, you will need to set up and remember your parental control personal identification number (PIN).
3. Activate/Deactivate parental control settings
   • Use up or down to highlight “Locking”
   • Press right to display “Setting List”
   • Use up or down to highlight “On/Off”
   • Press select/ok to select “On/Off”
4. Parental Control Activated

This screen will appear whenever your “Parental Control” is activated.
